Lobo Thai Yellow Curry
The Thai version of Yellow Curry, brought from India years ago, is a mellow, gentle, fragrant curry which goes well with chicken, shrimp and seafood in addition to lamb. Lots of shallot and lemon grass tone down the harsh flavour of mustard and turmeric.
What You Need
1 x Pack Lobo Thai Yellow Curry Paste
250g Sliced Beef Or Chicken
240ml Coconut Milk
Cubed Potato (Qty to your liking
Half Medium Onion (Roughly Chopped)
How To Prepare
- Heat your wok and add the 240ml coconut milk and add the packet of Lobo Thai Yellow Curry Paste
- Stir fry until the oil separates on the top
- Add the meat of your choice and continue to cook
- Add 1 cup of water and bring to the boil
- Place to potatoes and onion continue to cook until tender
- Add some Squid fish sauce to taste
Serve with Jasmine Boiled Rice
