Frozen Information

Surcharge £4.99

* When you order frozen produce as well as ambient products, we split these into two separate deliveries.

This is because frozen produce must be delivered within 24 hours to maintain the correct temperature and ensure freshness. If there’s any delay and these items are not delivered the next day, our courier partner would unfortunately need to dispose of them to maintain food safety standards. By shipping them separately, we help guarantee that both your perishable produce and your ambient produce arrive safely, in the best possible conditions.
