1.Dissolve 1 packet (50 g.) of Thai Pork BBQ Seasoning Sauce Powder with 1/2 cup. of water. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
2.Sliced (325 g.) of pork or chicken into rectangular pieces of 1/2 cm thick.
3.Marinade in mixture for 15 minutes. Thread onto the bamboo skewer and grill. Ready to serve with Jeaw dipping sauce.
