Sam Pan Law Mai Quin, also known as glutinous rice rolls, are a delightful Chinese snack enjoyed for their unique texture and savoury-sweet flavour. These rolls consist of glutinous rice that's been steamed until tender and then rolled around a filling of seasoned minced pork, mushrooms, and other ingredients. The rolls are then wrapped in lotus leaves before steaming, which adds a subtle earthy flavour to the dish.
