Combine the mix and water: In a bowl, add 1 cup of Periyar Gourmet's Delight instant dosa mix.
Add water gradually: Slowly add water while mixing to avoid lumps.
Achieve the right consistency: The batter should be thin enough to spread easily on the tawa or pan but not too watery. Adjust the amount of water to achieve this consistency.
Let it rest: Allow the batter to sit for 5-10 minutes. This allows the ingredients to hydrate and develop the proper texture.
Heat the pan: Heat a non-stick tawa or pan over medium heat.
Spread the batter: Pour a ladle of batter onto the hot pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Cook the dosa: Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown.
Flip and serve: Flip the dosa and cook for another minute or until lightly golden on the other side. Serve hot with your favourite chutneys and sambar.
