Easy Preparation:

Deep fry the crackers in vegetable oil heated to 180c-200c.
Once crackers start to expand and float, remove and drain well on kitchen paper.
Serve immediately.
Keep the prawn crackers dry, in case of dampness dry them in sunlight or in the oven before frying.
