MAGGI light soy sauce Nuoc Tuong Dau Nanh adds umami salty flavour to dishes. Use it to season Malaysian braised pork dishes, or ginger soy chicken noodles. The pouring sauce also makes a good dipping sauce for dumplings, tempura prawns or spring rolls.
Use the light soy sauce to make a marinade for meat before searing in a pan or on the grill, or mix it with chilli sauce and dress a fresh cucumber and spring onion salad.
