200g of your preferred meat and cut into pieces
- For Authentic Gai Pad Kaprao use Chicken
- For Moo Gai Pad Kaprao Use Pork
Heat up 2 tbsps of cooking oil in a wok and add 3 tbsps of Maesri Chilli Paste with Sweet Basil Leaves and stir to combine. Add the prepared meat and stir fry until cooked and enjoy! Best served with Jasmine steamed rice and fresh vegetables!
