Serves 2 For a quick and punchy salad dressing with heat and depth, mix the following:
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 3 tsp each Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
Great drizzled over mixed greens, noodles, or grilled veg.

Hong Kong's favourite sauce brand Lee Kum Kee, or LKK as it's fondly known, was founded by a chef at a cooked oyster shop in Guangdong village in Shenzhen. In 1888 after leaving a barrel of oysters to ferment, he discovered they created a delicious rich brown liquid - today's oyster sauce. The company has continued to grow over four generations and is now an award-winning world famous producer.
Key Ingredients*: Soybean Oil, Dehydrated Garlic 6%, Dried Chilli Peppers 5%, Salted Chilli Peppers 5% (Chilli Peppers 80%, Salt), Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Sesame Oil, Salt, Sugar
Tips
Start with 1 teaspoon per 200g of food and adjust to taste.
Stir the jar to mix the oil and crunchy bits before serving.
Add it after cooking to preserve its texture and flavour.
