Lao Gan Ma, or LGM, sauces are one of the best-loved chilli oils in the world. The signature red label features an image of founder Tao Huabi, who created the brand in 1984 from her kitchen table in China’s Guiyang province. Today her chilli sauces and oils are loved across the globe and have a cult following.
Soybean oil, black beans (30%) (soy bean, salt), chilli (25%), salt, sugar, sichuan pepper, flavour enhancer (MSG).
