Green Chillies 30%, Lemongrass 20%, Garlic 15&, Salt 12%, Shallot 10%, Galangal 5%, Kaffir Lime Peel 4%, Cumin Powder 4%.
• Stir Kanokwan Green Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.
• Add 200 g of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
• Add round eggplant, sweet basil leaf and long red chili and wait until boiled.
• Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion : 3 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt)
