Method: Take 50g of paste, boil in water (2 cups) stir all the time. Add meat, shrimp, mushrooms or vegetables season to taste. You could replace one of the cups of water with 200ml of coconut milk.
Lemongrass 24%, Refined soybean oil, shallot, sugar, tamarind paste, dried red chilli, water, galangal, garlic, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), fish sauce (anchovy, salt, water), flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate (E621), shrimp powder, kaffir lime peel.
