Acecook are a brand of Vietnamese instant noodles that are very popular in the region. Acecook Instant Noodles Mi Lau Tom Yum Shrimp Flavour are thin and light Vietnamese-style noodles with a spicy, flavourful, Tom Yum shrimp broth. Tom Yum is a family of hot and sour Thai soups that is popular in the region, including across Vietnam. They typically contain shrimp alongside ingredients, such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, chillis, shallots, and garlic. These instant noodles make for an excellent snack or light meal. Simply add boiling water, wait a few minutes, and enjoy.

Noodles (77.9%): Wheat Flour (53.0%), Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil, Antioxidants (E320, E321), Starch, Sugar, Salt, Sugar, Fish Sauce (Stolephorus SPP), Acidity Regulators (E451, E501, E500), Flavour Enhancer (E621).
Soup Powder (9.2%): Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E631, E627), Spices, Fish Powder (Stolephorus SPP), Shrimp** Powder (0.3%) (Acetes), Acidity Regulators (E330).
Oil (3.9%): Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil, Antioxidants (E320, E321), Spices, Salt, Artificial Lemon Flavour, Acidity Regulator (E330), Sugar.
Vegetable (1.4%): Dried Shrimp (Parapenaeopsis) (Chilli Extract Colour), Dried Shallot (Chilli Extract Colour), Dried Spring Onion, Dried Culantro.
Soup Paste (7.6%): Tamarind Liquid, Salt, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (E330).
Step 1: Put noodles, soup base, oil into a bowl.
Step2: Pour in 350ml of boiling water, cover the bowl for 3-5 minutes
