Instructions

FOR THE SOUP

  • 3 ltr water
  • 700 g winter melon, sliced
  • 3 coriander, stalks
  • 3 gram black peppercorns
  • 4 cloves garlic 
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 5 g salt
  • 1 kg chicken legs

 

FOR THE RICE

  • 700 g uncooked jasmine rice
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 15 g ginger, sliced
  • 1.2 ltr soup

FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE

  • 10 cloves garlic
