Making your Traditional Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll.
1. Dip each sheet of rice paper in a bowl of cold or lukewarm tap water for 5 seconds and quickly shake off excess water and lay flat on a plate.
2. Place filling horizontally towards the bottom of the sheet - chopped lettuce, mint leaves, chives, cooked meat, boiled prawns and rice vermicelli.
3. Lift and fold the rice paper upward from the bottom towards the centre to cover the filling.
4. Fold both the sides towards the centre to prevent any filling from falling out.
5. Continue rolling up the rice paper firmly to form a roll.
